My call was answered very promptly & he was available at short notice. Communication was unfaultable throughout & I felt very informed.
He arrived exactly as arranged, was super friendly & well presented. I was equally impressed by how he handled my delicate & antique cargo. Loading it into his van with the upmost care & attention. A polar opposite to his local competitor who I’d hired just a few weeks earlier to take it to the storage depot. He secured my items with padding & straps that he’d brought with him ensuring that everything reached it’s destination in perfect condition. I witnessed him drive in a chauffeur like fashion, again a complete contrast to the white van man previously mentioned.
Upon reaching our destination Chris helped me unload his van & could not have been more helpful in carrying items. Again in a very respectful manner.
It is because I was so super impressed with the service I received that I’ve taken the time to write this.
